Listening to the toy dump truck tear through the house loaded up with hot wheels, with a two year old boy pushing it from the back, his little legs moving as fast as they can go. All with a smile and a giggle.

My two year old is very playful and craves my attention.

Hearing "you are really good at that!" from the nurses when I helped my daughter stay calm during a blood draw. And then later hearing "My mom comforts me when I'm sad or hurt. That's how I know she cares about me." from said daughter. I'm glad she never doubts I love her.

Walking out of the old school after saying goodbye to her teacher, I felt so free.

Just the general feeling and happiness all day that my sweet daughter won't have to go back to her old school. I have her all to myself.

I asked if she wanted to homeschool and she said "Yep, let's do it. Sounds good."

I got to actually talk to my husband today. Bluetooth is a magical thing.

When church was over and all our family went home, it was quiet...

My kids were so well behaved at a restaurant tonight for a change. I also enjoyed getting some yearly planning done for the primary music.

We finally got caught up on our bills. It's been a long few months trying to get our heads above water since Big Man wasn't working for several weeks last fall, but we are just about there. All caught up except the mortgage and it felt so good to write that check.

I actually had some orders in my shops, and it was nice to get some work done.

I cleaned my mother-in-laws house today and it felt so good to move and serve her and to get that hug of thanks at the end.

Tonight we said goodbye to my sister-in-law who is going to serve a mission. I'm so proud of her and her decision to serve. It was a picture perfect night when she was set apart. Her brother was the only one absent. Tonight as I pondered on her grandpa who has passed, picturing him in the circle with his hands on her head as well, I felt the confirmation of the Spirit in my heart tell me that he was there and will continue to be a guidance to her throughout her service.

My mom came over today and we researched new crafting techniques. I like spending time with her no matter what we end up doing, but I'm glad we have a common interest.

Teaching the new song "I Know that my Savior Loves Me" to the primary children was amazing today.

Family prayer and meeting with the in-laws. I am so grateful for their testimonies and the spirit they share with their children.

Being with my husbands entire family for the last time in 18 months and cherishing every moment.
